Cancellations for custom or special orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Refunds are not available for perishable items, including cakes and baked goods, unless they are defective.

For defective products, customers must contact Lavish Bakehouse within 24 hours of receiving the item.
