For custom or large orders, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure availability.

A 50% deposit is required for custom and specialty orders.
/ ORDER PICKUP & DELIVERY

Orders must be picked up within the scheduled time.

Late pickups may result in product availability being limited.

Delivery services are available for an additional fee and must be scheduled in advance.
/ ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens.

/ PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for in-store purchases.

Custom orders must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to pickup or delivery.
/ CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations for custom or special orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Refunds are not available for perishable items, including cakes and baked goods, unless they are defective.

For defective products, customers must contact Lavish Bakehouse within 24 hours of receiving the item
